Preactik for customer success
Customer calls are full of clues: an unanswered question, a delayed rollout, a concern mentioned in passing. Preactik is being built to help you stay close to those details.
The everyday friction
A friendly conversation does not always mean a customer is making progress. Access issues, unclear ownership, and missing internal approval can sit behind a simple “we have been busy.” Useful follow-up starts with understanding the actual blocker.
A familiar scenario
During an onboarding call, the admin says the team has not started. Further discussion reveals that seats were assigned but users never completed the first step. Reviewing the conversation helps you distinguish an access problem from a training need.
Put it into practice
Identify what the customer wants to accomplish and the question this call needs to resolve.
Use the live transcript to revisit wording you may have missed. Ask who is blocked, at which step, and what help would move them forward.
Export the transcript and review the agreed actions. Put verified notes into your customer workflow; automatic CRM sync is not part of the current preview.
Small changes that matter
“What happened when you tried?” often produces a more useful answer than “Is everything going well?”
Be clear about what your team will do and what the customer needs to do. Include a realistic date for each.
A customer conversation may include sensitive information. Review transcript content and your organization’s rules before sharing it.
Know the preview’s boundaries. Google Meet in desktop Chrome is the current focus. Live Help is in preview; automatic summaries, cloud transcript history, and workflow integrations are planned. Check availability →
