Help in the moment it matters
A record of a meeting is useful. Support during the conversation can be useful too: a reminder of the context, a starting point for a question, or an explanation that helps someone get their bearings.
That is the direction behind Preactik. We are starting with Google Meet transcription and a Live Help preview, then learning what makes that experience reliable and worth using.
Connect the conversation to the next step
Our planned direction includes summaries, custom prompts, structured notes, and AI workflows. These are ways to make captured context easier to use, with review before important information becomes a message, decision, or commitment.
Expand only with clear expectations
Zoom and Microsoft Teams are planned. We will distinguish supported experiences from future ideas instead of treating every platform or feature as ready at once.
Build trust through clarity
People need to know what is being captured, where information goes, and which outputs need checking. Our goal is to make those boundaries understandable as the product develops.
