This website contains product information and fictional interactive examples. It does not request microphone or camera access, upload meeting content, collect form submissions, or process payments. The sample conversation buttons only switch text already included on the page.
The website code includes no analytics, advertising scripts, embedded third-party media, cookies, or browser-storage tracking. Site files are self-contained. When hosted, the hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. Any analytics or other services added by the site operator will need to be reflected in the final privacy notice.
The app and browser extension
The app is a separate service at app.preactik.com. Its authentication, transcript processing, AI features, and data-handling requirements are distinct from this marketing website.
Live Help can send a detected question and nearby transcript context for cloud AI processing. Read the app’s current privacy information before using it. This website does not promise EU-only hosting, a specific retention period, or a security certification.
