Transcribe Meetings

Less divided attention
When you are writing notes, you are also trying to follow the next point. Preactik’s transcription preview captures meeting text so you can stay engaged and return to the conversation before preparing your follow-up.
Speaker labels help preserve conversational context. They are not a guarantee of accuracy: check important wording, names, numbers, and commitments before relying on the transcript.
The current preview focuses on Google Meet in desktop Chrome, with export before you close the session. A bot participant is not added to the meeting.

Keep the details useful
Export the captured transcript before closing the meeting. Full transcript cloud saving and a searchable meeting library are planned; do not assume your session will be available afterward.
A transcript captures words. Useful notes still require interpretation: what was decided, what is uncertain, and who will do what. Automated summaries are a separate planned capability.
Explain how you intend to use transcription or AI assistance and follow the meeting’s rules and applicable permissions. Bot-free does not remove that responsibility.
Explore a meeting copilot designed to keep useful context close, when the conversation matters.
